Overview

Created for a major wealth management firm, we visualised what a custom calendar and contact mobile experience for their team could look like.

Problem

Adding new contacts is cumbersome.
Impossible to get a holistic view of account.

Solution

New interface design for the Dynamics CRM mobile app that quickly allows users to scan the mobile app to gain a quick understanding of how their day is shaping up. Within the schedule view users can quickly:

  • See scheduled appointments
  • One tap to connect
  • Real time travel planning
  • Important account notes
  • One tap full account access

This powerful new interface would enable users to quickly gain insights that would take multiple screens and interactions to achieve. In addition, solving the complex process of creating a new contact, users could easily scan a business card to add any new contact they wish.
